Greece Golden Visa Program
On September 1, 2024, the new policy of Greek home purchase immigration was officially implemented, which marked that the Greek Golden Visa entered a new stage. There are three ways to buy a house, and if the property is rented out, it can only be rented for a long time.
Application Requirements:
- The applicant can obtain residency status to stay in Greece through real estate investment of EUR 250,000.
- Property built before January 1, 2006 shall be exempt from VAT; property built on or after January 1, 2006 will be subject to 23% VAT charge.
