Quebec Investor Immigration Eligibility
- The applicant or his/her spouse has a net worth of at least $2 million CAD (including real estate, bank deposits, stocks and bonds, company assets or other assets), excluding donations received within 6 months before the date of application;
- Possess 2 years or more of legal business management experience, or legal professional business employing at least 2 full-time employees excluding investors, or management experience in international organizations or government departments;
- How to define management experience: At least 2 years of responsibility for planning, managing and controlling financial resources and human or material resources in the 5 years before applying for Quebec investment immigration; management experience does not include specialized training and experience obtained during apprenticeship training, training or diploma study
Investment Options
- Donated $200,000 CAD to the Government of Quebec; and
- Invest $1 million Canadian dollars in Quebec government bonds, which the government guarantees will pay back in full after five years; or
